Insight Care Group is a newly founded, independent organisation focused on providing residential care for young people.
The mission of Insight Care Group is “To provide welcoming homes for children along with the individualised therapeutic support and loving relationships that each child needs to work through any challenges they face to achieve the best possible education, outcomes and achievements.”
To succeed in our mission, we know it is critical that all at Insight Care share the same vision and principles in the way the children are supported. With this in mind we have built our approach around three key areas:

ORCHID HOUSE
Orchid House is a warm and nurturing four-bedded children’s home in Handsworth Wood, Birmingham, run by Insight Care Group. We provide specialist care for children and young people aged 7–18 with learning disabilities, including autism, ADHD, and communication or sensory needs.
Our home has been thoughtfully designed to feel safe, cosy and family-like, with four spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining room, a bright lounge, a “chill-out” room, a sensory room, and a garden for play and relaxation. Every child has their own bedroom, decorated in line with their preferences, to give them a true sense of belonging.
At Orchid House, we believe in individualised, therapeutic care. Many of the children we support have experienced disrupted attachments or trauma, so we use a trauma-informed, PACE-based approach to build trust, resilience, and self-esteem. Each child has a dedicated key worker, ensuring their voice is heard and their needs, hopes, and dreams are at the centre of their care.

DAFFODIL HOUSE
Daffodil House is a warm, nurturing two-bedded children’s home in Cradley Heath, West Midlands, operated by Insight Care Group. We provide specialist residential care for children and young people aged 7–17 with learning disabilities, including autism, ADHD, and communication or sensory needs.
Our home is designed to feel like family – with spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms, a cosy lounge, a large kitchen for shared meals, a garden, and a sensory “Jungle Room” for relaxation and creativity.
At Daffodil House, every child is treated as an individual. We build care around their hopes, wishes, and strengths, helping them to grow in confidence, independence, and resilience. Our team uses a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach to create positive relationships and support children to achieve their goals in education, health, and daily life.
